For contractors, developers and industrial operators working across Asia, the Middle East and Africa. We review a site, a masterplan or a milestone calendar through classical Chinese spatial and calendrical tradition — then hand you a written, bilingual recommendation you can put next to your engineering one.

Each one can be taken alone or combined into a project package.
Before you sign or break ground
Surrounding roads and intersections, neighbouring structures and heights, water courses and drainage, approach routes, plot shape and building orientation. Where several candidate plots are in play, we rank them and explain why.
Works alongside your architect
Gate position and orientation, admin block versus plant and workshop zoning, production line direction, warehouse and laydown placement, dormitory separation, circulation for staff, visitors and heavy vehicles.
Where your team actually lives
Site office and meeting room placement, executive desk orientation, rest and catering areas, dormitory blocks, lighting and material choices — reviewed for liveability as much as tradition.
Ground-breaking, topping-out, handover
Traditional date selection for ground-breaking, pour, topping-out, commissioning, opening and relocation, aligned with your construction programme rather than against it.
Once a year, on the calendar
An annual reading of the year ahead for the entity and its principal, plus a short list of practical adjustments to the built space.
Entities, projects, brands
Chinese-language naming for companies, project entities and product lines, checked against the founder's chart, the five elements and the target market's language.
Day 1–2
You send drawings or a site plan, coordinates, the programme, and the decision you need to make. A 30-minute call is usually enough.
Day 3–7
We work from drawings, satellite imagery, photographs and video. Site visits are optional and quoted separately.
Day 8–12
A written report in English and 中文: findings, recommended adjustments, and — where options exist — a ranked recommendation with reasons.
Day 12–15
A 60-minute walkthrough with your team, plus one round of written follow-up within 72 hours.
Final scope and fee are confirmed after the brief. Multi-site and multi-year programmes are quoted as a package.
| Engagement | Fee (USD) |
|---|---|
| Single-site assessment — one plot, written report | 1,500 – 3,500 |
| Layout review — admin block, plant or camp, up to 3 buildings | 2,500 – 5,000 |
| Milestone calendar — one project, up to 8 dates | 800 – 1,500 |
| Project package — site + layout + calendar + review calls | 6,000 – 12,000 |
| Annual advisory retainer — quarterly reviews, one entity | 12,000 – 25,000 / year |
| Team workshop or briefing session (remote, 90 minutes) | 1,200 |
Fees are advisory fees for cultural and spatial consultation. They are not engineering, legal, environmental or safety advice, and do not replace any professional sign-off your project requires.
We provide written advisory only. We do not perform religious services, ceremonies or rituals of any kind, and we do not supply objects intended for such use.
Where a traditional recommendation conflicts with a structural, safety or regulatory requirement, the engineering answer always wins. We say so in the report.
We do not predict or guarantee commercial results, contract awards, commodity prices or schedule outcomes.
Advice is given for the jurisdiction you name. Where local regulation restricts any part of the scope, we decline that part in writing.
A drawing, a set of coordinates and the decision in front of you is enough to start. First response within one business day.
