Echeng (易橙程) provides services in the field of Chinese metaphysics — BaZi, the I Ching and classical space alignment. These services are offered for cultural, educational and reflective purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological or religious advice, and nothing said in a session should be treated as such.
No outcome is guaranteed. We do not promise specific results, and any decision you make remains your own. If your question requires a licensed professional — a doctor, lawyer, accountant, therapist or financial adviser — we will tell you and, where we can, point you to one.
You must be 18 or older to book a session.
Booking and payment. A booking is confirmed when payment is received and a time is agreed. Fees are as listed on the relevant service page at the time of booking.
Rescheduling and cancellation. You may reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged at 50% of the session fee; no-shows are charged in full.
Delivery. Live sessions are delivered by video. Written summaries are sent within 48 hours, or as stated on the service page. Ceremonial services are performed by our practitioners; where a service takes place off-site, we provide confirmation afterwards.
Intellectual property. Reports and materials prepared for you are for your personal use. Please do not redistribute them commercially.

What we collect. Your name, contact details, birth information (date, time, place) and anything you choose to tell us in a session.
How we use it. To prepare and deliver your reading, to schedule and invoice you, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional studio updates.
What we do not do. We do not sell your data, we do not share your session content, and we do not publish client stories without written consent.
Retention. Session notes are retained for two years so that follow-up work is consistent, then deleted on request.
Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].
We use minimal analytics to understand which pages people find useful. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.
